Aislin Jones, a rising sporting star in the East Gippsland community, is set to shine on the global stage at the Paris Olympic Games next month as she proudly represents Australia as a beacon of inspiration to our youth.
Aislin will speak to the community at the Bairnsdale RSL on Thursday, July 11, from 6pm, interviewed by Scott Ashley of the East Gippsland Sports Foundation.
It is a great opportunity for any member of the communities in East Gippsland to attend, say hello, goodbye and good luck to a champion as she moves closer to the Paris Olympic Games.
Aislin embodies the qualities of a true role model, determination, organisation and unwavering focus.
Her shooting career exemplifies the power of dedication and passion.
Attending the evening with Aislin and any support anyone can put her way would greatly assist her on her journey as she aims for glory and showcases the best of Australian talent on the world stage for a second time having previously shot at the Rio Olympic games in 2016 as a 16-year-old high school student.
Generally Olympic athletes are privately funded to the games and the financial burden is heavy without individual and business financial support.
Aislin has been fortunate with support to date and here is another opportunity to support her. Aislin is ours and Olympic champions do not come often – she is worth our support. Support is also rendered from Channel 7, Radio TRFM and Gippsland’s Gold
Register for the evening with Aislin on 5150 2300, visit trybooking.com/events/landing/1245533 or scan the QR code above.
The event is free of charge, with drinks at bar prices and finger food provided.
