Be positive.
That’s the simple key to a long life, according to Lakes Entrance’s Eric Mitchelson, who last week reached the three figure milestone, turning 100.
“Be very, very positive in life,” he said.
“Don’t live in the past, that’s the worst thing you can do. Living in the past creates lots of problems.
“Get on with your life and be very positive, create new ideas and help other people around you.”
Mr Mitchelson has lived life to the fullest and now resides at Opal Lakes Entrance Care Community. He recently celebrated his birthday with friends and family, including some of his 14 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
