Dale Reynolds from Wonkadoo Lounge and Chocky Sweetbox has been a very busy man over the past few months.
Not only has he been running and developing his café in Lakes Entrance, but he has spent four months making 10,000 liquorice bars for his stand at the Royal Melbourne Show.
He is excited to be taking his liquorice product to the city, a culmination of a five-year development of a gluten free, low sugar product and Dale thinks he has found the perfect recipe.
“I chose liquorice as it is a favourite of all ages and I can reach the product scale quite easily,” Dale said.
“I will be selling my bars to some of the five million people expected at the show, it is not entered in a competition, I want to let the product speak for itself.
This is a great honour to be among all the other makers from across Australia.
