The Lakes Entrance Netball Association is gearing up for the return of its popular women’s social netball competition, kicking off on Monday, August 3.
Running weekly from 6.30pm to 7.30pm at the Lakes Entrance Recreation Reserve, the competition offers a welcoming environment for former players looking to return to the court after a break, as well as complete beginners.
The social league is open to women and girls aged 14 and over who are looking for a fun, weeknight alternative to weekend sport, combining fitness and social connection.
Organisers encourage local residents, friends and workmates to dust off their runners and join in for a low-pressure way to stay active.
Registrations are now open. Participants are asked to wear a white top with black shorts, a skirt, or leggings.
