THUMBS DOWN: To the responsible authorities for not having pre-arranged traffic management at the Eastwood Road/Alpine Road roundabout when the predictable closure of the Lind Bridge occurs. Also to those motorists on Eastwood Road who queue on the roundabout blocking traffic on the Alpine Road in both directions.
