A lifetime of chasing the great American Dream brings Willy Loman nothing but debt and delusions and now he finds himself wondering if it was ever attainable or a myth created to keep men like Willy busy working for the riches of other men.

What’s a man to do when his only value is the value of his life insurance?

Find out when Bairnsdale Production Line Theatre Company presents Arthur Miller’s critical examination of American capitalist culture, Death of a Salesman.

Attendees on opening night will be greeted with a complimentary glass of bubbly and supper provided by long term sponsor, New Leaf Café, while a portion of all tickets sold for this performance will be donated to local charity St Vincent de Paul Assistance Centre Bairnsdale.

Death of a Salesman opens on Friday, October 18 for a total of six performances over two weekends, concluding on Sunday, October 27.

More information can be found on the Production Line website and Facebook page, as well as the Forge Theatre and Arts Hub website.
