After a big season of preliminary matches, the Bairnsdale District Table Association Monday and Wednesday night competitions came to their crescendo last week.
Both nights had a big finale, Monday seeing a 6-5 result going the way of Geoff Warr, Mark Kelly and Damien Turner. Warr was a fill-in for regular player Alan Griffin.
Runners-up were Danny Alburo, Leigh Evans and Rohan Reynolds.
Wednesday night had Alan Redshaw’s Kites taking the win over Nick Hall’s Eagles with many of the games going down to the wire.
Redshaw combined with Don Auld and Jayda Sherritt to defeat Hall, Marcus Dunlop and Sunisa Dine.
