Last Wednesday at the Lakes Entrance Golf Club, Robyn Downing was the winner of the June ladies’ monthly medal.
Downing finished even with the card taking home “B” grade, overall victory and the prized monthly.
She finished one shot ahead of “A” grade winner, perennial club champion, Renee Percival, who also picked up a couple of nearest the pins.

Numbers were down at Tuesday’s Ruthless and Toothless session, with Stuart Symes victorious in “A” grade on countback from the inform David Hatt.
In “B” grade, Alan Radford made it back-to-back victories, winning by a shot from Mark Evans.
David Lunan was the putting winner, and Graham Wells was the popular winner of the NAGA award.
Thursday’s medley stableford event attracted 59 players and was won by “C” grade player, Dallas Riseley, with 39 points.
Bernie Connell struck the ball superbly to win “A” grade with 38 points, while the long-hitting Chris Barnes took “B” grade on countback with 35 points from Brad Hay.
Three handicapper, Mick McManus dominated Saturday’s medley stableford, shooting the lights out to finish with 39 points.
Sam Anderson came out on top in “B” grade with 37 points, while Barnes topped off a great week, nailing “C” grade on countback from Apola Weel, Peter Nicholas and Igor Malejew.
Ladies’ club champion, Renee Percival again dominated the ladies’ nearest the pins, pocketing three.
