One2One Victoria is exhibiting at the East Gippsland Field Days to get its message out.
The message relates to strong training and support for National Disability Insurance Scheme workers and the many services it concentrates on for people with a disability.
Director Leanne Glover believes she
operates a service which is different to
many others.
“We are a registered NDIS provider and
we are highly accountable through the
various auditing systems we have in place,” Ms Glover said.
With a focus on Bairnsdale and East Gippsland, the service also covers Wellington Shire.
Ms Glover said One2One provided inclusive, compassionate, and culturally safe support services under the NDIS.
“Our mission is to empower individuals of all abilities and backgrounds to lead fulfilling lives, achieve their personal goals, and participate fully in their communities,” she said.
“We take pride in fostering a welcoming environment that respects and celebrates cultural diversity, ensuring that every participant feels valued and understood. Our team of experienced professionals works collaboratively with participants, families, and carers to deliver tailored, high-quality support that meets unique needs and aspirations.
“Whether it’s assistance with daily living, capacity building, or community engagement, we are here to help you every step
of the way. At One2One, we believe in creating opportunities, building connections,
and making a positive impact in the lives of those we serve. Together, we can achieve great things.
“Our focus on training support workers separates us from the pack,” she said.
