With an expanding market into East Gippsland, Electel will be exhibiting at the East Gippsland Field Days for the first time.
The Traralgon based company has a wide range of fire fighting pumps and equipment and has found in recent years many clients have travelled from as far away as Cann River and Orbost.
Sales and marketing manager Martha Truin said the company was keen to cater for new clients in East Gippsland.
Since 1996 Electel has been owned and operated solely by the Truin family, operating from its current location in Argyl Street since 2006.
Since 1985 Electel has locally delivered a full range of specialist maintenance and repair services and an ever-growing range of retail product offerings across electric motors, pumping, irrigation, water and fluid management
Ms Truin said the focus at the field days would be on fire prevention, pumps and variable speed water pumping.
“We will also have a range of solar pumping and all things irrigation. Solar pumping is becoming popular for farmers who want to move water and remain energy efficient,” she said.
In Traralgon Electel offers an extensive retail store and is local stockists for a wide range of water pumps, electric motors, water tanks, water filtration, galvanised, stainless and poly fittings.
The company also stocks a large range of spare parts for water pumps, electric motors, pressure washers and power tools, including capacitors and brushes.
On both Friday and Saturday, the highly skilled staff will be supported by a representative from Davey Water Pumps.
Another feature is the chance to win a $500 gift voucher.
Every purchaser will receive a ticket in the competition which will be drawn at the close of the event on Saturday.
