After enjoying a much-needed weekend to regroup and refocus, the Lakes Entrance Pelicans will return to the court this Sunday
with a home fixture at the Lakes Entrance Youth and Recreation Centre.
The 11th ranked Pelicans will do battle with the ninth placed Morwell Magic starting at 2pm.
The teams look relatively evenly matched on paper, both having only registered a single win for the season.
Lakes Entrance has struggled for solid four-quarter performances with the coaching panel hopeful this week might be a season-turning game.
In local news, junior action has returned with coaches reminded to complete their scoring rosters as soon
as possible.
Parents are encouraged to get involved in scoring with support available for those who are new and unsure.
Players are reminded that children should wears black shorts with no pockets to games.
Team reviews will be conducted at around round 3-4 to ensure the competition remains fair and fun
for everyone.
Parents are also reminded to supervise their children
at the stadium, and if your child hasn’t received their jersey, it will be available at their first game.
