Eleven-year-old Bairnsdale local Rose Hamer is hosting her fifth art show on Saturday, July 5 at the Bairnsdale Baptist Church.
Running from 2pm-4pm, the art show will raise funds for charity, World Vision – there will be a raffle, kids activities and afternoon tea.
Rose has been organising art shows since she was around seven years old and each year has chosen a different charity.
Last year she raised $1800 for Trust for Nature, in 2023 she raised $1000 for the McGrath foundation, in 2022 she raised $2700 for meals on Wheels through Gippsland Lakes Complete Health and in 2021 she raised $700 for Doctors Without Borders.
