The under 12 girls went through day one unbeaten, proving too good for Rochester, Mansfield and Phillip Island.

Graded in division three and four, they continued their good form on Saturday, beating Sale, Terang and Surfcoast, before succumbing in a close quarter final clash against Korumburra 34-31.

The under 14 boys found the going tough on day one, losing to Phillip Island, Yarrawonga Mulwala and Terang.

They managed to beat Korumburra and Benalla on Saturday but couldn’t get over the line against Yara Nul and their quarter final conqueror, Seymour, going down. 47-28.
