Lakes Entrance Secondary College (LESC) recently held its annual swimming sports day at the Orbost Outdoor Pool.
Despite the cooler weather, the school spirit was strong, with students enthusiastically participating in a range of events and activities throughout the day.
Students who were not competing in the water still played a vital role in cheering on their sports house members and getting involved in the lawn games, which also earned valuable points for their house.
One of the most exciting aspects of the day was the house chants.
In the lead-up to the event, each house worked together to create its own unique chant, which it performed with pride and energy.
Students who progressed to the district division competition swam again in Orbost last week.
LESC is excited that four of its students have now qualified for regionals, which will be held in Warragul in the coming weeks.
This is an incredible achievement, and LESC wishes its swimmers the best of luck as they continue to represent the school with pride.
