The Lakes Entrance Basketball Association ran a successful girls skill clinic last week.
The event focused on fundamental skill development, shooting, footwork, dribbling, building confidence, teamwork and game play.
As well as plenty of lessons to be learnt, there was an abundance of fun to be had by the participants.
The new skills are likely to be on display when the junior domestic competitions start next week.
In other club news, it has just launched a brand-new merchandise website where you can order your favourite Pelicans gear.
The club are working with local supplier Kreste, which means that you can go in-store to try products on and pick up is available directly from them.
There is lots of new items, with everything available all year round.
