The first piece of the Krauatungalung Walk near the Lakes Entrance Surf Club is proving a popular area for visitors and locals alike.
Local firm Design Co Builders has installed a significant section of elevated boardwalk, along with seating and break-out areas, and the new storage shed for the Aqua Park facilities is nearing completion.
The Krauatungalung Walk is being designed as an all abilities walking circuit around Cunninghame Arm. It is named after the traditional landowners and the circuit will tell stories of the local Indigenous community.
Future stages of the walk will provide a circuit between Lakes Entrance footbridge and Hammocks Bridge at the eastern end of Cunninghame Arm.
