Lakes Entrance Amateur Basketball Association is pleased to have secured a club coaching course to be delivered by Basketball Victoria at the Lakes Entrance Youth and Recreation Centre.
The course will take place on Saturday, November 23, from 10am to 4pm.
As it is a requirement for this accreditation for head coaches attending championships, priority has been given to Pelican squad coaches and assistants with the association covering the cost for the course (via reimbursement upon registration).
There is no requirement for domestic coaches to hold this level of qualification, but current coaches are welcome to apply to the club, if they are interested, with some subsidy opportunities based on co-contribution.
The course requires an online component to be completed in addition to the day, with participants receiving the online information once they are registered.
