F Troop is back at the Lakes Entrance Football Netball Club starting from Thursday, September 12.
With the winter days nearly gone, with that comes spring and summer, so it’s time to restart some fun footy training.
The Seagulls F Troop group do a light to moderate training, focusing on football-based exercises in a fun and supportive way.
All ages, fitness and skills levels are welcome, with the sessions involving light jogging/running, ball skills and lots of laughs.
There will even be a quiet drink and meals available for purchase afterwards in the clubrooms to support the Lakes Entrance Cricket Club.
If you cannot train, the Seagulls would love to have you helping with some of the drills and enjoying the atmosphere from 5.30pm at the Lakes Entrance Recreation Reserve.
This group is completely voluntary and as such, participants should consider their own health and safety, and the risks associated with physical exercise.
