The East Gippsland Shire Council has earmarked over $7 million for Lakes Entrance in the 2024/25 Budget.
This will include:- $2.179 million on Myer Street upgrades, which starts soon.
– $2.062 million on a facelift for Marine Parade – which has already kicked off.
– $1.25 million on improvements to Foreshore Park, including
a playground, pathways, and landscaping.
– $1.786 on expanded the already popular Krauatungalung Walk.
These projects will improve safety, accessibility and enjoyment of Lake’s stunning foreshore for locals and visitors alike.
