Gippsland Grammar is an Anglican co-educational day and boarding school with scholarship opportunities for primary-aged children.
While the school caters for children from kindergarten to year 12, these junior entry scholarships will appeal to students from year two to year six in 2025. Scholarships will be available at Gippsland Grammar’s Bairnsdale and Sale junior campuses.
The parents of students of high academic ability will be rewarded with a discount on tuition fees for the duration of the child’s education at the school.
Registrations for this current round of junior entry scholarships are open and will close July 19. The child’s most recent school report and NAPLAN results (if applicable) must be uploaded with the application.
The school boasts a broad academic education, a wide co-curricular program and outstanding success, especially in the VCE years. And this year the school is celebrating its 100th birthday, marking the momentous occasion by launching new scholarship opportunities.
Principal Michele Wakeham is excited to present scholarships but said the year levels and number of scholarships offered was dependent on the quality of applicants and availability of places.
“Gippsland Grammar is a remarkable place of learning and we want everyone within the community to have the opportunity to experience it for themselves,” Ms Wakeham said.
“Yes, it’s our birthday, which we are so excited about, and we want to give back to the community which has supported us for 100 years.”
She said it was remarkable to think about the generations of students the school had impacted over the years.
Mrs Wakeham said to find out more about a Gippsland Grammar education you should visit the school’s website or call head of admissions Jemma Horan.
