The fun doesn’t stop in Lakes Entrance and when beach netball returns to Main Beach this Saturday for its ninth edition, you can expect smiles galore.
Beach netball has continued to push forward and with no hurdles in the way and this year organisers are expecting strong representation from players and teams across the region.
Lakes Entrance Netball Association (LENA), with the support of Netball Victoria and Gippsport, has been well supported in previous years, with players travelling from across Gippsland and Melbourne to compete.
“We are still looking for umpires to help us on the day,” LENA’s Kylie Curnow said.
“If they can contact us by email (details available at the Lakes Post office) or via our social media it would be greatly appreciated.
