The Garden Clubs Of Gippsland Conference 2023 hosted by Lakes Entrance Garden Club on Wednesday, May 10, was a success with a lovely day of garden walks, plants for sale, great food, excellent guest speakers and meeting new people who enjoy gardening.
The day started at the beautiful property Northview Park– the home of the Stan and Ann Barker – at Toorloo Arm.
It was a cold morning but sunny and clear after more than 40mm of rain in the past week.
The garden is extensive and was looking in top condition with bright spots of Autumn colours visible throughout.
Long expanses of well-kept lawn really highlight the many different plants.
