More than 60 people attended Lakes Entrance Action and Development Association’s (LEADA) annual general meeting and town meeting at the Central Hotel last Thursday night.
The committee was pleased to see many local topics raised and it was a positive discussion looking ahead with optimism for Lakes Entrance.
The chair for the annual general meeting was Alison Brewer, and the chair for the town meeting was Jeff Wilson.
The new LEADA committee was formed with office bearers to be elected by the committee at the first meeting scheduled for September 1.
LEADA president, Bruce Hurley, said there were many good questions and comments from those attending the public town meeting.
