Deputy Leader of the Victorian Liberal Party, Cindy McLeash, visited last Tuesday and met with Lakes Entrance business owners and members of the Lakes Entrance Action Development Association Business Tourism and Events (LEADA BTE) committee.
The meeting saw a diverse range of subjects covered to familiarise the MP with the area.
She was interested to see how COVID lockdowns are affecting businesses and how they are coping with the ever-changing situation, also covering the recovery from the bushfires and how Lakes Entrance is building resilience.
The LEADA BTE committee gave a run through of future major events for Lakes Entrance and surrounding areas and how they are pushing forward with networking nights, events and building relationships with all businesses.
