THUMBS UP: To the organisers, artists and participants in the Lakes Lights East Gippsland Winter Festival event last Saturday. Despite the proper wintry cold blast, the crowd was exceptional, the lanterns were beautiful and the art installations were absolutely incredible. It has become a must-see event on the calendar.
THUMBS DOWN: To those who took away the tent, mattresses and personal belongings of a homeless woman behind the art gallery, leaving her deeply distressed with absolutely nothing.
