The local Community Sewing Group – Lakes Entrance has once again shown the true spirit of generosity, recently visiting Paynesville Gardens Care Community to deliver a heartfelt donation of handmade items
for residents.
The group presented a beautiful collection of quilts, walker caddies, bags, and a variety of other thoughtful goodies, all lovingly created by members.
Each item was carefully crafted with comfort and practicality in mind, aimed at bringing both warmth and joy to those who receive them.
The visit was met with an overwhelmingly positive response.
The team and residents alike were delighted with the donation, expressing sincere gratitude for the time, effort and care that had gone into each piece.
Smiles all around made it clear just how much these handmade gifts meant.
For the sewing group members who attended, the experience was equally rewarding.
Seeing firsthand the appreciation from residents and the team made all their hard work worthwhile, reinforcing the group’s passion for giving back to the community.
This generous act is just one example of how the Community Sewing Group – Lakes Entrance continue to make a meaningful difference, one stitch at a time.
