The centre is founded by chief executive officer Mistee Royal-Goehner and director of social services West Goehner. They operate the facility with key contributions from executive coordinator Taniesha Kitchen and tradesman Lochie Hibberson, and in collaboration with R U Fit owners and Mosaic chief financial officer Melissa Woodward and exercise physiologist programs coordinator and practitioner Jeremy Woodward.

The clinical team features 40 plus allied health professionals and has recently partnered with Sunflower Community Support to enhance service delivery in the region.

Special recognition is given to business mentor and lead senior physiotherapist Angela Ellis and early supporter and inspiring artist Belinda Ridley who has been there since day one.

“Mosaic means putting all the broken pieces back together to make you whole,” Mistee Royal-Goehner said.
