Golf East Gippsland (GEG) has put together a group of players the 2025 Men’s Country Week squad will be selected from for this year’s prestigious event.
This year’s Country Teams event will be played in the Mildura area from the September 29 to October 1.
All members of the squad were nominated by their club captains and meet the selection criteria as set by Golf Australia and Golf East Gippsland.
Nominated players will be contacted by the respective GEG captain as to further requirements that have to be undertaken to assist with the selection of the final team.
The squad includes Alf Jessup (Newry), Mark Linford (Metung), Dale Reynolds, Danny Bullen, Matt Hurley, Cooper Rimington, Hayden Burgiel (all Maffra), Chris Moreland, Craig Kerr (both South Pines), Stuart Yates, Mick McManus (both Lakes Entrance), John Simic, Gavin Ballinger, David Adamson (all Sale), Blake Robinson, Clint Voss and Jacob Farley (all Orbost).
