Sale and District Aeromodellers Club teenage superstar, Seth Hungerford, continues to amaze with his efforts at just 14 years of age.
Last weekend, he was successful in the top class (F3A) at the 2025 Masters and World Cup event staged at West Wyalong in New South Wales.
Hungerford is youngest winner of the prestigious trophy, beating competitors up to four times his age.
Throughout the six rounds there was a high standard of flying and some tight scores to keep everyone on their toes, with less than three points separating Hungerford and second placed
Shayne Lysaght.
The youngster is preparing for the World Championships in Muncie, USA in August.
Other winners at the event were Steve Marriner (sportsman), Andrew Taylor (expert), Rob Hulett (advanced) and Jason Arnold (F3A-P).
