Metung Lions is pleased to offer Metung and district residents a free Personal Emergency Medical Information Book.
The book allows you to record your personal medical information for use by ambulance or other emergency responders when visiting your home.
The book comes with a magnetic cover for attaching to your fridge door or other prominent spots in your home.
It would contain your personal medial details which could be critical for ambulance or other emergency responders attending your home, especially when either you are alone in the home or the person with you does not have access to or cannot remember your medical details.
The booklet can also be carried with you when travelling in case you are involved in a medical emergency. These free booklets are available from the Metung Post Office.
Lions are offering this as part of their commitment to serve the community and encourage local residents to be involved.
