Dual Olympian Aislin Jones returned to competition last weekend with a big bang.
Competing in the Australian Clay Target Association 2025 International Shooting Sport Federation National titles, the champion skeet shooter again reigned supreme over Australia’s best.
Jones picked up gold medals in the women’s commonwealth champion, women’s national champion and women’s high gun at the Sydney International Shooting Centre.
Jones was delighted to be back on centre stage and winning another national title, proving too good for a quality field.
“It was great to start the season in that fashion, and also so nice to see great numbers overall for skeet with six full squads and two layouts,” Jones said.
Despite being around the sport for nearly 10 years, Jones’ still sees herself capable of plenty of improvement and excited as to what the future may hold.
