Surf Life Saving Lakes Entrance (SLSLE) will hold its Bronze Camp from December 15 to 21.
Enrolments at this stage are sitting at more than 40 which is a combination of the Surf Rescue Certificate 13-to-14-year-olds and Bronze Medallion 15 to 16 years.
“We have also got seven members joining us from Mallacoota,” one of SLSLE’s chief instructors Jessica Woodward said.
“Registrations have just closed, but if members of the public are interested they can reach out. Details are available on our website.
“It’s always a big week but we look forward to meeting new faces, welcoming back old ones and creating a team that is engaged and rescue ready for our peak season. As always, there will be a strong focus on communication skills and teamwork.
“Leaders will also create a safe space for candidates to explore and expand their leadership styles,” Jess said.
