It was focus on mental health day last Sunday for Surf Life Saving Lakes Entrance, with the holding of the annual blue patrol day.
The day helps to teach the club’s members how to recognise mental health issues in themselves and others.
It also educates members on how to best work through these issues, remembering mental health is important and you are never alone.
