East Gippsland Shire is reviewing its waste and recycling services to better meet the evolving needs of its expanding community, and they need your input.
The shire is asking you to join them at their pop-up listening booth at Lakes Entrance Foreshore Market on Sunday, September 1. You will be able to chat with shire officers, ask questions and share your thoughts on waste and recycling.
This is your chance to directly influence the services they provide.
If you unable to make it to the pop-up there is the opportunity to complete a survey on the Have Your Say website or at your local service centre.
The shire stated it is committed to providing accessible, affordable and sustainable waste-management services that align with regulatory changes, state government plans and community expectations.
“Your voice matters. Stay engaged and help shape the future of waste and recycling in East Gippsland,” the shire said in a statement.
