East Gippsland Convoy for Kids is back.
The event began to raise money for charities that supported children during a time of need.
East Gippsland Convoy for Kids 2023 will be held on Saturday, March 4, with gates opening at 10am at the Great Lakes Airport.
The event has been sponsored by Boss Forestry and Gippsland Truck Centre and has chosen three charities to raise money for – Angel Flight, Ronald McDonald House and Camp Quality. These organisations are known to East Gippsland children and families for the support they provide.
The transport industry of East Gippsland come together every four years to raise money for this great cause. The last event saw more than 200 trucks participate and $70,000 raised by the trucking industry and the proceeds were divided up and given to charity groups.
