Lakes Entrance Football Netball Club’s thirds team are through to the East Gippsland Football Netball League grand final after defeating Lindenow in last Saturday’s qualifying final at the Lucknow Recreation Reserve.
The Seagulls ran out 60-27 winners and will enjoy a week off before tackling Lindenow or Lucknow in the 2026 decider at the Bairnsdale City Oval.
There was disappointment for Lakes in the reserves, going down 11-45 to Boisdale Briagolong.
While the under 13 and under netballers bowed out on Sunday, 24-18.
They will have another chance to push for a grand final spot this Saturday, when they play Lindenow in the preliminary final at the Bairnsdale City Oval.
