Since opening its doors in Bairnsdale this past February, Good Brew Drive Thru has been combining convenience with a passion for hospitality, establishing a fresh option for local commuters on the go.
The Bairnsdale site follows the success of the business’s original Sale location, which opened in 2023.
According to operations manager Bella Montesanti, the venture was born out of a desire to fill a gap in regional markets.
“We felt a gap in the market in regional areas, then mixing that with our true passion for hospitality, Good Brew was born,” Ms Montesanti said.
What sets the drive-thru apart, she noted, is a commitment to combining premium house-roasted specialty coffee with speed, friendly service and consistent quality.
Beyond serving coffee, getting involved in the local community has been a highlight for the team.
In June, Good Brew ran the coffee station at a Motor Neurone Disease (MND) fundraiser hosted by the Bairnsdale Football Netball Club, an event that ultimately raised more than $200,000.
“It’s moments like these, where the community bands together, that makes us proud to be running a business here,” Ms Montesanti said.
Looking ahead, the team aims to continue building a trusted brand that customers can rely on daily.
Customers looking to streamline their morning routine can also take advantage of the Good Brew App, which allows users to order ahead or build up loyalty points for rewards.
The business has also expanded its menu, launching a new range of “Good Energy” and Refresher drink flavours this week.
Reflecting on the journey so far, Ms Montesanti expressed gratitude to the local customer base.
“We have many dreams for the future of Good Brew, and without our regulars, none of them would be possible. Thank you.”
