THUMBS UP: Thanks for producing the local papers, the Advertiser, Lakes Post and Snowy River Mail which highlight interesting and positive local stories, sports and activities. The paper is a pleasure to read as distinct from the sensational and largely negative mass media publications such as the Herald Sun.
THUMBS DOWN: To the idiotic driver who did his best to turn down the wrong side of the highway at the traffic lights near the Bairnsdale Primary School last week, almost causing an accident and completely stalling drivers who were doing the right thing.
