Adam Evans led the field home for the fourth time in the last nine events at the weekly Lakes Entrance parkrun last Saturday morning.
Evans completed the five-kilometre course along the foreshore in 18 minutes and 34 seconds, leading home a field of 41 other starters.
Indiarna Ellis was the first female finisher, crossing the line in an impressive personal best time of 20.10.
The event attracted 11 first-time participants, with four other personal bests recorded on the morning.
Other runners to achieve new personal milestones included Daniel Lodder (26.06), Brendan Fiedler (28.06), Jade Elliott (34.20), and Joy Mobberley (36.06).
Three different clubs were represented at the meeting, including Lakes and District Runners, Southern Peninsula Sporting Club and Diamond Valley AC.
Lakes Entrance parkrun departs from the foreshore rotunda at 8am every Saturday, welcoming participants of all ages and abilities.
