When Rachael Newman decided it was time to establish Shoreside Real Estate, it wasn’t about becoming the biggest agency in town. It was about creating one that genuinely reflected the way she believes real estate should be done.
Born and raised in Lakes Entrance, Rachael knows the region well, not just the streets and property values, but the people, the communities and the stories behind the homes. After many years in the industry running a franchise for a national brand, she wanted the freedom to build an agency where relationships come before transactions and where honest advice is valued just as highly as achieving a
great result.
Today, Shoreside Real Estate is a proudly independent, family-owned agency helping people buy, sell and manage property throughout Lakes Entrance and the surrounding region.
“We’re not interested in being the biggest,” Rachael said.
“We simply want to be the agency people trust to tell them the truth, communicate well and genuinely look after their best interests.”
That philosophy has helped Shoreside develop a reputation for approachable service, practical advice and a commitment to treating every client as an individual rather than just another sale.
Whether someone is purchasing their first home, selling a family property or seeking experienced management for an investment, the team understands every situation is different.
“We know that property decisions are some of the biggest people will ever make,” Rachael said.
“Our role is to guide them through the process, answer the hard questions and make sure they feel supported from beginning to end.”
“Our community has given so much to us over the years,” Rachael said.
“Being able to help people build their future here is something we never take for granted.”
For anyone considering buying, selling or investing, Rachael says the invitation is simple -drop in for a chat with no pressure and no obligation. “Even if you are just looking for advice or want to understand the market a little better, we’re always happy to help,” Rachael said.
