The Lions Club of Gippsland Lakes Lionesses will bring some festive warmth to the cooler months when they host their annual Christmas in July Indoor Winter Market on Saturday, July 18.
The popular event will run from 9am until 2pm inside the warmth of the Lakes Entrance Mechanics Hall.
The market promises to feature something for everyone, showcasing a vast array of stalls loaded with hand crafts, baby knits, toys, clothing, books, and woodwork. Browsers can also hunt for treasures among collections of bric-a-brac, homemade jams, preserves, fresh local produce, plants, jewellery, and candles.
Beyond the shopping, the indoor market serves as a great opportunity for residents to escape the winter chill, catch up with friends, and enjoy a selection of hearty food. The Lionesses will be serving up their signature Devonshire Tea alongside a selection of hot homemade soups and fresh sandwiches throughout the day.
Community members seeking further details or looking to secure a stall site are encouraged to get in touch with the organisers. Contact details for the Gippsland Lakes Lionesses can be sourced directly through the Lakes Post.
