A new creative community partnership has launched in the region, aimed at bringing together Far East Gippsland youth for an innovative co-design project.
The initiative made its next steps this week with the Walk + Imagine + Create + Project Interrupt program running until Thursday.
Local young people are being invited to drop into youth-led workshops to help imagine and prototype solutions for a future walking and nature trail.
The project is inspired by First Nations wisdom, imagination, and modern collaborative practices.
The drop-in design sessions are running today and Thursday.
More information and registration details can be found on the official East Gippsland Winter Festival website.
