THUMBS DOWN: To the dog owners in Paynesville who do not clean up after their dog. Our beautiful town is becoming a disgusting place to go for a walk.
THUMBS DOWN: To irresponsible dog owners who let their dogs off a leash (after they’ve just walked past council signage stating ‘dogs must be on a leash at all times’) and then fail to have any control when their dogs run away and become a threat to other dogs, children and people. Take some responsibility.

THUMBS DOWN: Bike riding and skateboards on footpaths in Lakes Entrance are out of control. Saw a man leave a shop in the main street get mowed down, hitting the ground very hard.
