THUMBS DOWN: To those responsible for having roundabouts built around the town and then allowing them to be filed up high by growing flowers and shrubs in there centrepiece which obstruct the view of blinkers on oncoming vehicles. Why waste money building them when drivers have to stop anyway until they can see what way the vehicles are going. Crazy.
