Lakes Entrance are well positioned in second place on both the under 13 and 15 East Gippsland Junior Football Association ladders after defeating Lindenow in round four action at the Lakeside Oval.
The Seagulls only defeat for the season in both grades was to Wy Yung in round one.
In the under 15’s Lakes set up a 50 point win with an impressive eight goals to one first half effort.
Patrick McGinty and Yvan Cabrera ran rampant in the forward 50 and kicked four goals each.
Amongst the better players were Cohen Kleinitz, Lochie Yates, Jeremy Rotheram, McGinty, Jacob Silver, and Cabrera.
The under 13 game was a real arm wrestle, with goals hard to come by for both sides in a tight first half.
But the Seagulls managed to open the game up in the third term, kicking three unanswered goals to see them home by 14 points.
John Sowden, Sunny Eiseman, Hudson Williams, Kobi Caldwell, Billy Hiam (two goals) and Jesse Gilbert all significant contributors.
Lakes Entrance will take on arch rival, Orbost Snowy Rovers this Sunday at Lochiel Park in Orbost.
