The Lakes Entrance Amateur Basketball Association recently conducted a successful beginner referee course.
Highly regarded Maffra-based official Pam Brasher led the session, sharing her extensive knowledge and experience with the association’s up-and-
coming referees.
Her energy, insight and passion made the course a
valuable learning opportunity for all involved.
Association officials were pleased with the commitment shown by participants, who gave up their Sunday to develop their skills and deepen their understanding of the game.
The association is now looking forward to seeing these emerging referees take to the court and put their new skills into practice, with the future of basketball officiating in Lakes Entrance looking bright.
