Bookings are filling fast for the Rotary Club of Lakes Entrance’s trivia evening next Friday, March 27, which
promises to be a fun and engaging night for the community.
The event will be held at the St Brendan’s Primary School Hall, with proceedings commencing at 6pm.
Rotary Secretary Peter Sindrey said the evening has two purposes.
“Firstly, to enjoy the company of our fellow residents in this lovely township, and secondly, to make a modest profit to assist Victorians who have suffered greatly from recent bushfires,” he said.
The club has received generous donations of vouchers and gifts from local shops, restaurants, and organisations, which will be awarded as prizes throughout the night.
Mr Sindrey also highlighted the support of the Lakes Entrance Retirement Village, whose sponsorship will help boost the evening’s profits to provide further aid for fire-affected communities.
“It’s not too late to register for a great night out with friends and neighbours,” Mr Sindrey said.
