The Nicholson Angling Club recently held its 2025/26 presentation day at its clubrooms, with the plenty of happy winners on hand to collect their trophies.
The coveted club champion award was taken out by hard working ace angler, Neil Fleming.
Marcus Fitzpatrick was amongst the trophies, picking up the longest bream and longest string of bream, with the ladies longest bream shared between Nikki Bryant and Airene Allen.
In the juniors, the under 16 longest bream was taken out by Hamish Ellis, with the under 12 award shared between Alex Tremewen and Coen Buck-Roberts.
The longest other species went the way of Richard Allen, with the longest from the bank, going the way of Ron Needham.
Wayne Stanton was all smiles after taking the longest from the surf.
The Marlo trip award was won by Ruth Beeby, Garry Bryant was successful at Bemm River, with Ian Wilson winning the Easter Shield.
The longest trout was shared by Stephen Whibley and Noah Roderick, while the much sought after club person of the year was awarded to Peter Lonsdale.
