Youngsters from the Sale Cricket Club had the thrill of a lifetime recently when they got to play on the Melbourne Cricket Ground.
The club’s under 13s, along with a huge entourage totalling 71 people, travelled to Melbourne to watch the young stars of tomorrow take to the field prior to the Stars and Renegades BBL game.
It was an amazing opportunity for the kids, families and club to share in together and an experience that many will never forget.
The opportunity was presented by Cricket Victoria, with the organisation and logistics a credit to Nathan Massey and John Mayman.
