Entries are still open for the 2025 Victorian Bream Open to be staged in the magnificent Gippsland Lakes on October 11-12.
The event will start from the Metung Boat Ramp will see some of Australia’s best anglers battle it out for the $5000 first prize.

It’s a boater only tournament with a pre-fish ban from Monday, September 29 until first light Friday, October 10 – the start of pre-fish.
The event briefing will take place at the Metung Hotel on October 10, with the presentations at the same venue on October 12 immediately following the final score check.
The event is 100 per cent app based, with a five-fish bag limit per angler per session.
Rough weather may see trailering to other ramps within the arena allowed.
